First and foremost, new patients can expect a warm smile from our pleasant staff and the gentle hands of Dr. Claudia Rodríguez-Peña. New patients can expect a family-like atmosphere, where every question and concern is taken seriously.

We believe that optimum dental health is a cooperative effort between the patient and the dental team. We encourage good communication and understanding between our patients and our team. We strive to provide dentistry in a comfortable, caring and pain-free environment.

Your First Visit

As a new patient entering our office, you will be asked to fill out a registration form. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early for your appointment, so you can fill out the form and see the doctor promptly. You can also fill out the registration form by clicking the link below and printing out the signed copies to physically bring to our office.

Appointments 101

We tend to every patient as much as we can and like to take our time when meeting new patients. With that said, if you must cancel your appointment, please do so by calling us at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so, we can be organized and considerate of every single patient and his/her scheduled appointment.

Payments

You may pay the cost of your dental visit using cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. All payments are due on the date of your visit so please be prepare to pay the your portion of the bill. We do not accept personal checks. Also if, after your insurance company pays, there is a balance, we’ll adjust your account accordingly and notify you of the amount due.

Please bring your dental insurance card to your appointment. Our front office team has extensive experience working with insurance companies, and they will submit your claim as a courtesy. Please prepare to pay your portion of the bill at the time of your appointment. We will adjust your balance once your insurance company processes everything
